Warranty and Support
All registered DuVoice systems come with 90 days of installation support and a one year hardware warranty. An annual Software Support Agreement Support agreement is available for those systems beyond the 90 day initial support period. The Software Support agreement provides DuVoice resellers unlimited support and upgrades for the DuVoice system and a limited number of direct end user support tickets per year. If purchased with a new system, this agreement will add 12 months to the original 90 day support period and add 3 months to the factory hardware warranty so they both expire 15 months after installation. An Extend Warranty Extended Warranty provides repair or replacement of any DuVoice provided equipment beyond the initial 12 (or 15) month factory hardware warranty.

4.00.060 Released to manufacturing

Current status of TAPI integration displayed in Port Activity View.
Current status of PUSH server information displayed in Port Activity View.
Push server is now fully asynchronous which will greatly increase performance.
Improved supervised and confirmed tansfers for both analog and digital interfaces.
Mailbox administration has had a very significant display overhaul. It is now possible to view mailboxes by categories making changes fare more effecient. These changes are all documented in the manual.
Added date/time display when a mailbox last logged in and when it last received a message.
Mailbox Administration now displays the number of new messages in a mailbox.
Push server now performs translation on both caller and called party.
Added ability to customize the initial and final wakeup message prompts.
Added ability to create a wakeup call from a single digit action menu
