====== Maid codes ====== We have a template document you can use to help you and your housekeeping staff with the maid code process. You can use this to write in your site's maid codes that are being used. These maid codes are configured and originate from the PMS. You can find this template [[https://docs.google.com/document/d/1snDukZvQu64xWCHH-yUczadzApBDJ9S5hBwyIMkMT3E/edit?usp=drive_link|here.]] If you would like to see the technical information for PMS integration, please refer to this page [[pmslink:home|here.]] ===== Instructions ===== How to set maid codes using the guest room phone: - Go to the guest room. - Dial into DuVoice voicemail by pressing the **voicemail button** or by dialing the **DuVoice hunt group number**. - Wait for the voicemail to end it's first prompt. - Dial the maid code you wish (''611'', ''612'', etc.) - Wait to hear //"This option is complete, thank you, goodbye"//. - Hang up phone. {{:images:help:maidcodes.jpg?direct|}} ==== Using Maid ID ==== This process is largly the same, but there are two main differences. * For the code itself, 61N is 63N instead. * It will ask for your Maid ID number. Steps are outlined below: - Go to the guest room. - Dial into DuVoice voicemail by pressing the **voicemail button** or by dialing the **DuVoice hunt group number**. - Wait for the voicemail to end it's first prompt. - Dial the maid code you wish (''631'', ''632'', etc.). - Enter your **maid ID**, then press ''#''. - Wait to hear //"This option is complete, thank you, goodbye"//. - Hang up phone.
