===== Overview =====

  * It is **not recommended** to run Security or Anti-Virus Software on the server running the DuVoice software.
    * Often portions of the DuVoice installation are **falsely quarantined**.
      * This can lead to **data corruption** and **service instability**.
  * If Anti-Virus Software is required:
    * It is recommended that it be installed **after** the DuVoice software has installed.
    * And functionality has been tested and confirmed working as intended.
  * For any updates or upgrades to any service relating to DuVoice:
    * The software must be **temporarily disabled** for the duration of the installation period.

===== Real Time Scanning =====

  * The following directories contain multiple .EXE files that **must** be fully excluded from **real time scanning**.
