Default Windows username and passwords for systems provided by DuVoice:

  * Username: ''duvoice''
  * Password: ''duvoice''

  * DV2000 services are not dependent on any user account name or password. 
  * Changing the default username and password is suggested for the security of the system.

===== Credential Changes =====

  * If changes to Windows credentials are made: 
    * Please let DuVoice support know.
      * We will update our internal records.
        * These records are referenced during remote access when troubleshooting.
    * When support doesn't have these credentials: 
      * Support will have no way to log into the DuVoice server.
        * Thus DuVoice support will rely on on-site staff for Windows access.
