Overview

It is not recommended to run Security or Anti-Virus Software on the server running the DuVoice software.
- Often portions of the DuVoice installation are falsely quarantined.
  - This can lead to data corruption and service instability.
If Anti-Virus Software is required:
- It is recommended that it be installed after the DuVoice software has installed.
- And functionality has been tested and confirmed working as intended.
For any updates or upgrades to any service relating to DuVoice:
- The software must be temporarily disabled for the duration of the installation period.
