Default Windows username and passwords for systems provided by DuVoice:
Username:
duvoice
Password:
duvoice
DV2000 services are not dependent on any user account name or password.
Changing the default username and password is suggested for the security of the system.
Credential Changes
If changes to Windows credentials are made:
Please let DuVoice support know.
We will update our internal records.
These records are referenced during remote access when troubleshooting.
When support doesn't have these credentials:
Support will have no way to log into the DuVoice server.
Thus DuVoice support will rely on on-site staff for Windows access.
