Warranty and Support

All registered DuVoice systems come with 90 days of installation support  and a one year hardware warranty. An annual  Software Support Agreement Support agreement  is available for those systems beyond the 90 day initial support period.

 

The Software Support agreement provides DuVoice resellers unlimited support and upgrades for the DuVoice system and a limited number of direct end user support tickets per year. If purchased with a new system, this agreement will add 12 months to the original 90 day support period and add 3 months to the factory hardware warranty so they both expire 15 months after installation.

 

An Extend Warranty Extended Warranty  provides repair or replacement of any DuVoice provided equipment beyond the initial 12 (or 15) month factory hardware warranty.

  • Improved supervised transfers for Avaya Definity Digital integrations.
  • Channels may now be configured with both an extension and hunt group.  This improves all integrations, especially those using multiple locations.
