Check that you have not enabled .WAV files to be blocked under Mcfree Access Protection Properties. The system uses .WAV files for all it's prompts and messages. |

If USB keyboard support is enabled in the bios on a DOS system it will hang when attempting to load Dialogic drivers. Disable USB keyboard support and use a standard keyboard. |

Call in to the DVBridge and enter "*#09473710”. After this, you should hear couple beeps and the system will reset everything back to default. Then, you can call again and login with default password “*885”.
(note: this will default all settings back to factory setup) |

Yes you can expand the DVBridge by a total of two units connected together. The way they connect sacrifices a port on each unit, therefore giving you a total of 14-ports when expanded. Contact DuVoice for configuration information. |
