I cannot play VeMail from Vista, why? |

Microsoft no longer ships the TrueSpeech audio codec with Vista. This codec is the default type for 3.05 and prior versions.
DuVoice recommends changing your class of service to send VeMail using MS-ADPCM, this format is higher quality and will play on most all systems.
If you must use TrueSpeech because of file size limitations, you must install this codec on yourself on Vista. DuVoice does not supply this codec for installation on client systems.
