How to re-install Dialogic Drivers

Items required:
- Dialogic System Software Disk 1 (Link)
- Dialogic System Software Disk 2 (Link)

Steps:
1.  Shutdown the voice mail service.
2.  Set the DuVoice Voice Server service startup type to manual.
3.  From the Dialogic DCM stop the dialogic service.
4.  Via the Dialogic DCM set the service to manual startup.
5.  Via Add or Remove Programs uninstall the Dialogic service update.
6.  Reboot.
7.  Via Add or Remove Programs uninstall the Dialogic System Software.
    !MAKE CERTAIN WHEN ASKED IF YOU WISH TO REMOVE ANY FILES YOU SAY NO!
8.  Reboot.
9.  Run the batch file dlgc_rel_clean.bat located on CD 2 in the folder cleanup.
10. Install the Dialogic system software 5.1.1, when asked which type of install, choose Compact.
11. Reboot.
12. Install the Dialogic CD2.
13. Configure your boards via DCM.
14. Set the Dialogic service to automatic startup.
15. Set the DuVoice Voice Server service startup type to Automatic.
16. Start the voice mail service.
