DuVoice

Located in Kirkland Washington DuVoice has been developing software and hardware solutions for the telecommunications industry since 1990.  Products include a turnkey Windows based hospitality server which provides guest and staff messaging, wake up calls and a property management interface to most any PBX system. In the business market DuVoice has unified messaging system which delivers MP3 or wave voice mail messages and PDF fax messages to email. A small conference bridge is also available from DuVoice.

Released to manufacturing

  • Maid status set via InnDesk will now reflect the correct state.
  • Check in/out on Panasonic switches where the group and names are changed will be performed at greater speed, reducing any backlog to the PMS.
  • Added support for the Siemens ROLM 400.
  • Corrected an integration issue when the hunt group field for a channel was not set correctly.
  • Improved the performance of serial communications to PMS links.
  • New PMS Activity Log report.  Contains the same data that is displayed in the PMS Monitor application.  Data for the report is saved in real-time, and does not depend on PMS Monitor in any way.
