DuVoice messaging products come with 90 days of installation support. and a one year Warranty that covers all hardware.

The Software Support Agreement includes software updates and ongoing technical support. Under the terms of this agreement, end-users also receive direct factory support for up to three instances per year. If purchased with anew system, this agreement will add 3 months to the factory hardware warranty so they both expire 15 months after installation.

The Extend Warranty provides repair or replacement of any DuVoice provided equipment.

  • Register your system. To recieve DuVoice technical support, systems MUST first be registered. It's fast, free and easy. To register online, click here.
  • Be sure to have your system key number (found on the "dongle" on the back of the system) available.
  • Support charges may apply for systems out of warranty.
  • Support charges may apply for calls from end-users
  • If your call is answered by the Support Department mailbox, PLEASE leave a detailed message and your call will be returned in the order in which it was received.
