This will required changes in the DuVoice configuration, accordingly. ===== Phone Configuration ===== * Uses default DHCP configuration. * Requires the phone's MAC address to be exported to a list. * We'll refer to this as '''' in the DuVoice configuration below. ===== DuVoice Configuration ===== ==== Services Configuration ==== - Log in to the desktop of the DuVoice server. - Open the 'DV2000 Manager' application. - Click on the 'system' drop down option. - Click on the 'service' option. - The service window will open. - Click on the 'Servers' tab. - In the 'Name' column find 'IPPHONECFG' and double click on it. - This will open the IPPHONECFG window. - For this window configure the following: - Auto start: ''enabled'' - Auto restart: ''enabled'' - Arguments: ''-arp 10'' - This will allow the ARP query to perform every 10 minutes (the minimum value). - Hit the 'ok' button to save your changes. - Back on the 'Service' menu, right click on 'IPPHONECFG'. - Click 'Start'. ==== Mailbox Configuration ==== For this to work, we need to enter the MAC address of the phone within the mailbox's configuration. === CSV Import === - Add a 'MAC' column to the CSV file. - Then map the '''' in the column, matching to each mailbox. - More information on the CSV import process [[vs8:vsconfig:file:importcsv|here]]. === Manual Configuration === - Log in to the desktop of the DuVoice server. - Open the 'DV2000 Manager' application. - Click on the 'Mailbox' drop down option. - Click on the 'Management' option. - The 'mailboxes' window will open. - Navigate to the mailbox to be modified. - Double click on it to edit. - The individual mailbox will open. - Click on the 'Advanced' option on the left. - Add the '''' to the 'MAC Address' field. - Click 'ok' to save changes, and close the window.
