====== Reset MWI ======

  * This page will cover using the DuVoice GUI to reset a mailbox's MWI status.
    * This process is often used for troubleshooting, but is occationally used in normal operation.

===== DuVoice =====

  - Navigate to desktop of DuVoice server.
    - Open the **DV2000 Manager** application.
      - Click **Mailboxes** at the top.
      - Click **Management** option on the drop-down menu.
      - On the **Management** sub-window:
        - Find and select the mailbox(s) you wish to reset:
        - Then right-click on one them:
        - Select the **reset** option on the right-click menu.
          - Enable the checkbox for:
          - **Reset MWI status based on current message count**.
            - If the mailbox has messages: 
              - This will make the DuVoice send an MWI-on.
            - If the mailbox has no messages: 
              - This will make the DuVoice send an MWI-off.
          - Optional:
            - **Remove Messages**
              - If you wish to delete any messages to turn the MWI off.
          - Click **Ok**.
