====== SIP Notify ======

  * SIP notify is one of several methods DuVoice can send to update the MWI.
  * This is the most common solution.
  * DuVoice can send SIP Notify packets to three different endpoints
    * To PBX:
      * If supported by the PBX. 
      * This is the most optimal solution.
      * DuVoice will send the SIP notify directly to the PBX.
    * To Phone:
      * If supported by the SIP enabled phone.
      * DuVoice will send the SIP notify directly to the phone.
    * To Gateway:
      * If supported by the specific gateway.
      * Used for integration with digital or analog phones.
      * DuVoice will send the SIP notify directly to the SIP Gateway.
