      * or: ''recieved packet ID [0] not implemented''
    * PMSLink logs will show:
      * First, a check-in packet:
        * Example: ''CHK1 123''
      * Second, a name packet for this room:
        * Example: ''NAM2 Doe,John 123''

  * Set **protocol** to ''Mitel''.
    * Not: ''Hilton OnQ''.

  * Typical Hilton protocol communicaiton uses the check-in packet to also include the name information.
    * Example: ''CHK1 Doe,Jon 123''
  * The Hilton protocol does not support seperate check-in and name packets.
    * One Hilton PMS site, we ran into an issue where they weren't using the Hilton protocol.
      * They were using the Mitel protocol.
