  * It is not recommended to run Security or Anti-Virus Software on the server running the DuVoice software.
    * Often portions of the DuVoice installation are falsely quarantined.
      * This can lead to data corruption and service instability.
  * If Anti-Virus Software is required, it is recommended that it be installed after the DuVoice software has installed, and functionality has been tested and confirmed working as intended.
  * The following directories contain multiple .EXE files that must be fully excluded from Real Time scanning.
      * C:\OEM
      * C:\Program Files (x86)\DuVoice DV2000
      * C:\Program Files (x86)\DuVoice RTStatus
      * C:\vmbackup
      * C:\vs
      * C:\Program Files\dvmongodb
