====== Upgrading IP Office ====== When updating an existing IP Office that is integrated to DuVoice there are some precautions that need to be accounted for. These often require configuration changes to both the IP Office and DuVoice systems. Otherwise, the Voicemail and Hospitality features could stop working. Before our support team is able to make any configuration changes to the DuVoice system, **a live support service contract will need to be in place AND a current version of DuVoice DV2000 will be required.** We highly recommend contacting us before an IPO version upgrade so that we know we can assist.
