On digital boards we monitor the buttons in order to perform a quicker disconnect. If you are having an issue with disconnects you can try one of the following.
All these changes will take effect when the voicemail is restarted or you upload voiceboard parameters.
By default the Mitel looks at the button states and will disconnect if the first 5 button states are 0. It will also disconnect if the display shows HUNG UP.
You can enhance these settings by adding the registry the setting DisplayDisconnect as a DWORD with a value of 1 for every line. This will will cause the DuVoice to disconnect for any of the following reasons:
This will work for any digital PBX including Mitel.
Add the registry setting DisconnectStrings as a string for every line. If the system finds a match to any of the strings you enter it will cause a disconnect. All comparisons are case-insensitive and are entered in a comma delimited format.
