A DuVoice technician may request that you send the logs so we can verify activity, or escalate information to our developers.
More information on the sendlog application can be found here.
Generating Logs
On the DuVoice server, open an admin level command prompt.
Press Key: Win
Type: cmd
Press Keys: Ctrl + Shift + Enter
Type: sendlog -manual
There should now be a new .zip log file on your Desktop.
Here is an example of the naming scheme: 10000-201103161554.zip
Note: Older versions of DuVoice may place this file on the root of theC:\drive instead of the desktop.
Sending Logs
Attach that .zip file to an email, or share via a file sharing platform (such as Google Drive).
Note: If uploading to a file sharing platform, the link has to be accessable without the DuVoice Support technician creating an account for said platform.
