Security Software

It is not recommended to run Security or Anti-Virus Software on the server running the DuVoice software.
- Often portions of the DuVoice installation are falsely quarantined.
  - This can lead to data corruption and service instability.
If Anti-Virus Software is required, it is recommended that it be installed after the DuVoice software has installed, and functionality has been tested and confirmed working as intended.
The following directories contain multiple .EXE files that must be fully excluded from Real Time scanning.
- C:\OEM
- C:\Program Files (x86)\DuVoice DV2000
- C:\Program Files (x86)\DuVoice RTStatus
- C:\vmbackup
- C:\vs
- C:\Program Files\dvmongodb
