Web Interface (WEBUI)

If you see “The MongoDB PECL extension has not been installed or enabled”, this means their is a database version error. Typically this is seen when the database is version 2 and the Web Application like InnDesk is designed for version 3.

• Verify the version of the database via Control Panel.
• Verify the PHP is loading the MongoDB driver.
