PBX Certification

For certification, please contact DuVoice sales. DuVoice supports most onsite and many internet based PBX solutions.

  • ALL FIELDS MUST BE ENTERED WITHOUT EXCEPTION, ENTER N/A OR NONE IF NOT RELEVANT.
  • ALL SIP ADDRESSES MUST USE AN EXTENSION OR TELEPHONE NUMBER, THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR ALPHANUMERIC ADDRESSES.
  • TLS/SRTP IS NOT SUPPORTED.

Instructions

  1. Fill out the form below.
  2. Click the print icon in the upper right.
  3. Choose Save as PDF.
  4. Submit it to DuVoice sales.

PBX

PBX address
Address used to register extensions, can be either IP or DNS name. <html><input type=“text”></html>

Port
Port used to register with PBX. Default is typically 5060. <html><input type=“text”></html>

realm
Needed for registration. <html><input type=“text”></html>

Domain
Optional if we must use a domain to register rather than IP address of PC or PBX.
Example: <sip:123@duvoice.lan> vs <sip:123@192.168.1.1> <html><input type=“text”></html>

Protocol
UDP or TCP. UDP is preferred. <html><input type=“text”></html>

Expiration
Registration expiration time. Default is 3600. <html><input type=“text”></html>

SIP Proxy address
Optional only if PBX requires it. Typically not used except for cloud based systems. <html><input type=“text”></html>

SIP Proxy port
Only needed if SIP proxy address specified. <html><input type=“text”></html>

STATIONS

A minimum of 2 lines must be provided for testing.

Hunt group number
Hunt group number associated with the DV2000 lines. <html><input type=“text”></html>

LINE 1

Extension or telephone number
Number extensions would call directly for this line. <html><input type=“text”></html>

Account name or number
Enter the account name or number used for registration. <html><input type=“text”></html>

Password
Enter the password for this account used for registration. <html><input type=“text”></html>

LINE 2

Extension or telephone number
Number extensions would call directly for this line. <html><input type=“text”></html>

STAFF / GUEST

For testing a minimum of 2 lines must be provided for testing. One will be used as the operator or front desk, while the other will be used as a guest.

API (DuVoice or PBX)


An API interface between the DuVoice and PBX will be required to change the add/remove guest names, turn DND on/off and restrict/un-restrict the guest room telephone will be required. This can be developed using a PBX API or a vendor using a DuVoice API.
