Only room mailbox types have this page. Some fields are read-only and can only be modified via the REST or Hospitality interfaces.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Occupied | Checked if the room has guests checked in. Changing this may cause the PMS to become out of sync. |
| VIP | Checked if this guest is a VIP. |
| Guest ID | Assigned by the hospitality interface and is read-only. |
| Text message count | Number of text messages for guest and is read-only. |
| Check in | Date the guest is or will check in and is read-only. |
| Check out | Date the guest was or will check out and is read-only. |
| Arrival | Date the guest is expected to arrive and is read-only. |
| Departure | Date the guest is expected to depart and is read-only. |
