Maid codes

We have a template document you can use to help you and your housekeeping staff with the maid code process. You can use this to write in your site's maid codes that are being used. These maid codes are configured and originate from the PMS. You can find this template here.

Instructions

How to set maid codes using the guest room phone:

  1. Go to the guest room.
  2. Dial into DuVoice voicemail by pressing the voicemail button or by dialing the DuVoice hunt group number.
  3. Wait for the voicemail to end it's first prompt.
  4. Dial the maid code you wish (611, 612, etc.)
  5. Wait to hear “This option is complete, thank you, goodbye”.
  6. Hang up phone.
