PMS Integrations
Preface
DuVoice interfaces with many PMS vendors. For a COMPLETE list of our partners, please refer to this page here. There are two ways for the DuVoice system to integrate with the PMS system. First is a serial cable connection, and the second is a TCP network connection.
Features
DuVoice provides several features when integrated with a PMS. Features are varied depending on the PMS vendor we are integrating with and the protocol they are using. For more information regarding protocols, please refer to this page here.
Housekeeping Status

PMS Changes
When updating an existing PMS-DuVoice integration there are some precautions that need to be accounted for. Otherwise hospitality features could stop working. Before our support team is able to make any configuration changes to the DuVoice system, a live support service contract will need to be in place AND a current version of DuVoice DV2000 will be required. We highly recommend contacting us before an PMS change or upgrade so that we know we can assist.
