Alert numbers

This page allows you to configure which numbers, if dialed, will generate an alert. This page is disabled when configured for REST API for third party or SNMP.

When using SNMP the IP Office or REST API those servers are the only source for what is determined to be an emergency call. The DV2000 Alert Numbers list is not used.

To add an emergency number to the list, type it in the top box and then click Add. Any number can be entered, in this example the system will alert on 911 being dialed as well as anybody calling extension 7902 which for example could be security.

If the number is already in the list, a pop-up message will inform of that; click OK to dismiss the message. Otherwise, the number will be added to the list.

To delete a number from the list, select it and then click Delete. The number will be immediately removed; there is no confirmation.

911 Cannot be removed.

Additions to and deletions from the list only take effect if you click OK. If you click Cancel, all changes will be discarded.
