The 7.00 provides a telephone user interface (TUI) option for performing several common hospitality administration functions. This menu is accessed by dialing a special code during the main greeting and then entering a password. Functions you can perform using this menu include: scheduling wakeup calls for guests, re-recording certain hospitality prompts and manually checking rooms in and out.
To access the hospitality administration TUI:

For better security, it is generally recommended that you change the hospitality administrator passwords to something other than the default settings. This can be done using the System Configuration application.
After you login, the 7.00 will provide the following menu options, depending on the access level you logged in at.
For Basic:

For Advanced:
