HTTP Post PBXLink

The DuVoice systems can integrate with a variety of property management systems (PMS) via either a serial RS232 interface or a network connection using (TCP/IP). The DuVoice system can then send this information to a variety of PBXs using either proprietary or public interfaces.

This interface uses a simple HTTP post method used by many web based interfaces to send this information to a remote host. This remote host may be located on the local network or even on a remote server on the internet. The host may be written in any language suitable for the remote party, this includes PHP, C#, and C/C++.

This interface does not currently support the remote host sending guest information to the DuVoice system. If the remote host requires the ability to send guest information to DuVoice it should use one of the existing PMS protocols supported like the DuVoice Advanced PMS protocol.

This interface supports two formats.

• HTTP Form - Posts a simple URL encoded form post.
• Mailbox Record - Posts most of the mailbox record.
