PBX Onboarding
The DuVoice DV2000 software provides the necessary features for a hosted or on premise PBX to be used in a hospitality (hotel/resort) application. The features include wakeup calls, guest voice mail, housekeeping room clean/dirty status, guest name display when calling the front desk, guest DND, guest room telephone restriction and minibar refill charges to guest room bill.
The DV2000 software uses both SIP and API connections to the PBX to accomplish these features.
