No. The only configuration which is required is to create a user account for your interface.

The REST interface uses the same licenses as InnDesk, Inventory, or Room status. If you need access to one or more of these interfaces then you must have a license.

No, the REST interface uses the same account restrictions as the DV2000 web interfaces. For example if your application will create wakeup calls then it must be assigned a InnDesk license. If you want it to have access to inventory then it must be given that access as well.

No. Support is not available for any of the REST interface. Questions can be directed to DuVoice technical support and they will try and answer your questions as best as possible.
