Default Credentials
Default Windows username and passwords for systems provided by DuVoice:
- Username:
duvoice - Password:
duvoice
- DV2000 services are not dependent on any user account name or password.
- Changing the default username and password is suggested for the security of the system.
Credential Changes
- If changes to Windows credentials are made:
- Please let DuVoice support know.
- We will update our internal records.
- These records are referenced during remote access when troubleshooting.
- When support doesn't have these credentials:
- Support will have no way to log into the DuVoice server.
- Thus DuVoice support will rely on on-site staff for Windows access.
