Broadworks
The DuVoice DV2000 provides hospitaility features to Broadworks hosted VOIP service. The features include a link to the property management system (PMS) to push the guest names into the Broadworks guest room extension profile, allow housekeeping to use the guest room telephone to report room clean/dirt status to the PMS, guest wakeup calls and guest voice mail. The DV2000 connects to the Broadworks system using a combination of standard SIP extensions and through an OCI-P link. New or existing guest VOIP or analog telephones can be used in the application. The features will meet and/or exceed any existing on premise based PBX solution.

- Forward guest extension to DV2000 for guest voicemail

- First and last name change in RingCentral
- Room Clean/Dirt Status from guest room telephone

Switch Programming
- Provide one SIP extension per DV2000 port in a hunt group
- Note: A single extension can be used if the extension can take up to the number of multiple calls as there are ports. i.e. 4 ports requires 4 simultaneous calls (appearances).
- Forward guest room extensions on ring no answer and bust to the DV2000 pilot or group number
- Program the message light button on the guest room telephone to dial the DV2000 DV2000 pilot or group number
- If using display phones in guest rooms disable call logging so guest cannot see prior guest call log

DuVoice Programming
- Set SIP ports to register to Broadworks extension(s)
- Use normal SIP Notify to PBX for message lights (telephone IP addresses are NOT required)
- Set LINK-PBX to Broadworks
