Cisco Broadworks

This interface uses the Broadworks OCI-P interface to change names and optionally the location.

The Open Client Interface - Provisioning (OCI-P) interface is an XML-based, request-response protocol that allows 3rd party applications to perform all system, resource and subscriber-based provisioning actions into a BroadWorks-based VoIP system.

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Title
  • Location - Optional, based on user choice.
  • Do not disturb (DND). untested
  • Message waiting via SIP Notify.
  • DV2000 7.2 or above.
  • Broadworks voicemail must be disabled to support message waiting (MWI).
  • Broadworks user account with provisioning privileges.

Options

Set LocationOptionally set the location to a field corresponding with a DV2000 mailbox setting.
Disabled.
Tenant name.
Checked in/out state.
Mailbox description.
Mailbox room ID.

Scheduling
