IVR
The 7.00 offers a number of optional add-on interactive voice response (IVR) applications. These features are designed to meet specific application needs and are not part of the default installation of the product.
These IVR applications are not included in a standard installation and must be purchased from the manufacturer as separate add-on modules. Contact your authorized DuVoice reseller for more information.
This section describes the following optional applications:

| Dealer Locator | Plays back custom-recorded information for all dealers located within a defined radius of a caller-supplied zip code. |
| Inventory Status Interface | Manages an inventory of items, such as the contents of the minibars in a hotel's guest rooms. |
| Martec System Interface | Delivers emergency alerts to guest room extensions based on information provided by a Martec safety management system. |
| Patient Reminder System | Delivers appointment reminders, or simple recorded messages, to a predefined list of customer phone numbers. |
| Room Status Interface | Update guest room housekeeping status without having to log in to the guest's mailbox. If passing updates to the PMS is desired, the PMS must support the RSI's HTTP interface. |
| Test Results | Reports test results to patients who call in and enter a required ID. |
