Integration Tester
This application is installed, however no menu option is available since it's so rarely needed. Because the DV2000 install folder is in the path it can be started by simply running integtest.

Channel Settings | Manage the channel settings. Here you can adjust the extension and Hunt Group of a channel. |

Channel Settings
These are your default channel settings. If you wish to change the Hunt Group or Extension of a channel for a test, do so here.
Column / Button | Description |

Save | Save changes to the extension or Hunt Group for testing. |
Number | Channel number. |
Extension | Which extension is used for the channel. (Modifiable) |
Hunt Group | Which Hunt Group is used for the channel. (Modifiable) |
Digital Integration Tests
The layouts are different on a few of these, but contain most of the same fields. Special exceptions will be noted.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Caller ID (Reported by Dialogic) | What caller ID is reported to Dialogic. For some integrations this is required, for others it is optional. |
Caller ID | What appears on the called phone for caller ID. |
Called ID | The phone that shows the test. |
Interpreted as | How the sample test is interpreted. |
Integration String (Mitel Only) | Same as interpreted as. |
SIP Integration Tests
You may run your own custom integration test script by clicking the ellipsis, and navigating to your custom Lua file.
Field | Description |

Samples | Some sample integration tests to run. |
