- Name's are not applying to DuVoice mailboxes.
- Hostel logs will reveal either:
recieved packet - not supported- or:
recieved packet ID [0] not implemented
- PMSLink logs will show:
- First, a check-in packet:

- Second, a name packet for this room:
- Example:
NAM2 Doe,John 123
Fix
- Set protocol to
Mitel.- Not:
Hilton OnQ.

Context
- Typical Hilton protocol communicaiton uses the check-in packet to also include the name information.
- Example:
CHK1 Doe,Jon 123
- The Hilton protocol does not support seperate check-in and name packets.
- One Hilton PMS site, we ran into an issue where they weren't using the Hilton protocol.
- They were using the Mitel protocol.
