Intended for customer provided virtual machine DuVoice installations.

The minimum virtual machine( VM ) requirements are as follows :

• Processor : 2 vCPU
• Memory : 8 GB RAM
• Storage : 40 GB

Note : Virtualized and Containerized environments chosen for PowerMedia HMP should be configured for enterprise or private virtual environments that permit customization of virtual machine( VM ) settings and hypervisor performance tuning.Virtual and containerized environments running PowerMedia HMP should not over commit the CPU on the host platform to facilitate the real - time low - latency scheduling demands required for high quality media processing.Density capacity in virtual environments may vary and is generally a factor of the host platform capacity and the number of concurrent VMs running on that host. A minimum of 4 vCPU is recommended for production environments

• The DuVoice server will need to have each interface set with a static IP address.
  • This will need to be done by the on-site implementation team.
• The DuVoice server will need to have a static MAC address.
  • If the MAC changes the Dialogic HMP telephony drivers will cease to function, and will require assistance from DuVoice support to restore functionality.

DV2000 uses no features limited to Windows Server and therefore DuVoice recommends using Windows 11 and can be installed typically without any Microsoft updates. Windows must either be installed on a US English OS or have an account in US English to receive support.

• Windows Server 2016. Not supported by Dialogic PowerMedia HMP as of May 31, 2025.
• Windows Server 2012. Not supported by Dialogic PowerMedia HMP as of August 31, 2024.
• All 32 bit Windows.

• Windows must always have the latest updates available from Microsoft installed.
• The Windows Power Plan must be configured to never put Windows in a Sleep state and to never turn off the Hard Disk.
• For ease of use Windows User Account Control should be lowered to it's minimum setting.
• Installation requires a local administrator account or ability to login to the system with Administrator privileges.
• Multiple RDP sessions are not supported.
• No non-DuVoice supplied web servers.
• Use of the Windows firewall is recommended. It should be configured to pass traffic between the PBX, PMS, and other systems the DV2000 connects with.
• DuVoice software is installed in C: (Multiple Directories will be created by the installer), ensure the required disk space is available for these directories to be created by the installation software.

• It is not recommended to run Anti Virus Software on the server running the DuVoice software.
• If Anti Virus Software is required, it is recommended that it be installed after the DuVoice software is installed.
• Real time scanning is not recommend for all file types and should be limited to .EXE.

Before you install the Dialogic HMP Software, you must make sure TCP ports 1719, 1720, 5060, 12002, 12003, 12004, 20000, and 20001 are available. These ports must be available for the Dialogic HMP Software to function properly
