Windows IIS

Windows 10 will occasionally install IIS automatically during install. This will cause issues with InnDesk and must be uninstalled.

This service does not always show in services but rather is run under the svchost process and can only be detected by Apache not being able to use port 80.

  1. From control panel choose Programs and Features.
  2. Choose Turn Windows features on and off.
  3. Verify ALL items under Internet Information Services Web Management Tools and World Wide Web Services is unchecked.
