Update DuVoice WebUI
- Updating WebUI does not require shutting down DuVoice services.
- Thus the only impact this process has, is roughly a 5-minute window of no InnDesk access.
In normal operation, updating any of DuVoice services is not recommended.
So, there are a few exceptions as to why you would want to do this, not limited to:
- It was recommended by a DuVoice support technician.
- The patch has a bug fix for an issue you're experiencing.
- There is a service or connection issue being diagnosed.
Checking Compatibility
If a DuVoice technician has sent you the link to the WebUI patch. It is most likely they checked this compatibility ahead of time. However, it never hurts to double-check.
