SIP Notify
- SIP notify is one of several methods DuVoice can send to update the MWI.
- This is the most common solution.
- DuVoice can send SIP Notify packets to three different endpoints
- To PBX:
- If supported by the PBX.
- This is the most optimal solution.
- DuVoice will send the SIP notify directly to the PBX.
- To Phone:
- If supported by the SIP enabled phone.
- DuVoice will send the SIP notify directly to the phone.
- To Gateway:
- If supported by the specific gateway.
- Used for integration with digital or analog phones.
- DuVoice will send the SIP notify directly to the SIP Gateway.
