- It is not recommended to run Security or Anti-Virus Software on the server running the DuVoice software.
- Often portions of the DuVoice installation are falsely quarantined.
- This can lead to data corruption and service instability.
- If Anti-Virus Software is required, it is recommended that it be installed after the DuVoice software has installed, and functionality has been tested and confirmed working as intended.
- The following directories contain multiple .EXE files that must be fully excluded from Real Time scanning.
