DuVoice offers SIP, analog, digital and analog + SMDI integrations to most every on premise or cloud PBX. For analog or digital integrations Dialogic PCI voice cards or SIP to Dialogic gateways will be used. For specific integration notes please see our documentation section. DuVoice middleware connects the PMS to the PBX through an existing PMS interface on the PBX or through a PBX Link developed using PBX APIs. Call if IP PBX is not listed
