Kickoff Call
Summary
This is so all parties can get on the same page about the installation and clear up any questions or concerns.
(No system programming will be done during this time).
Required Parties
- DuVoice Technician.
- Installation Point-of-contact.
- PBX Technician.
Prep-Work
- DuVoice technician will:
- Send a welcome email to point-of-contact containing link to schedule kickoff call.
- Point-of-contact will:
- Read any documents sent from the DuVoice technician.
- Use the YouCanBookMe link to schedule the kickoff call.
- Add any other needed members to the meeting.
Meeting Objectives
- All parties will:
- Ask any questions for the DuVoice technician.
- Discuss installation approach.
- Do we need auto-attendant?
- Will DuVoice be voicemail for all users, or guests only?
- Any other considerations.
- Discuss host system implementation for the new server.
- DuVoice provided hardware?
- Customer provided hardware?
- Customer provided virtual environment?
Post Meeting
- DuVoice technician will:
- Send follow up email.
- Include a YouCanBookMe link for scheduling the next meeting.
- Include any required documentation for the PBX technician.
- Point-of-contact will:
- Read the email sent from DuVoice technician.
- Use the YouCanBookMe link to schedule the step 2 meeting.
- Add any other needed members to the meeting.
- PBX technician will:
- Send a file to the DuVoice technician.
- Must be a spreadsheet.
- Must contain all extensions that need voicemail on the DuVoice server.
- Guest extensions must have both their room number and extension number listed.
- If the DuVoice technicians requires it, the IP addresses for the extensions must be listed as well.
