Scope of Work

Please review these requirements as they are essential for any installation.

All parties will: attend meetings as described in more detail below.

If any participants are missing, the meeting must be rescheduled.

If you bought server hardware (a DuVoice NANO) from DuVoice feel free to ignore this portion.

The site is responsible for making sure the DuVoice technician has remote access to the DuVoice server.

  • Get PMS-DuVoice hospitality integration configured.

There are three different meetings split into these steps for every new installation:

Step 1 - Kickoff call

During this meeting, we'll want all parties to get on the same page about the installation.

Step 2 - PBX integration

In depth information regarding the PBX integration meeting, located here.

During this meeting we'll get the DuVoice services installed, licensed, configured, and ready onto the new DuVoice server.

Then get the PBX telephony and hospitality functions integrated with DuVoice services, and test.

Step 3 - PMS integration

During this meeting, we'll get the PMS hospitality functions integrated with DuVoice services, and test.
