PMS Integration

This step is for getting the new DuVoice server in the place of the old DuVoice server, and testing functionality.

  • DuVoice Technician.
  • Installation Point-of-contact.
  • PBX Technician.
  • PMS Technician.
  • On-site test-helper.
  • PMS technician will:
    • Get the interface prepared to link with DuVoice.
  • DuVoice Technician will:
    • Connect to the DuVoice server.
    • Configure the DuVoice server to integrate with the PMS.
      • PMS network connectivity.
      • Room status codes.
  • DuVoice Technician will:
    • Open monitoring applications.
  • Point-of-contact will:
    • Either:
      • Act as the on-site test-helper.
      • Engage the on-site test-helper.
    • Follow the testing instructions, available here.
  • PMS technician will:
    • Monitor ongoing hospitality activity.
    • Assist with any troubleshooting.
  • PBX technician will:
  • Assist with any troubleshooting.

Post Meeting

After this final step, DuVoice professional services will be concluded for this installation.
