Summary
This step is for getting the DuVoice server's configuration for the old PMS link removed. Then connecting the DuVoice server to the new PMS link, and testing functionality.
Required Parties
- DuVoice Technician.
- Installation Point-of-contact.
- PMS Technician.
- On-site test-helper.
Prep-Work
- PMS technician will:
- Get the interface prepared to link with DuVoice.
Meeting Objectives
Configure DuVoice
- DuVoice Technician will:
- Connect to the DuVoice server.
- Configure the DuVoice server to integrate with the PMS.
- PMS network connectivity.
- Room status codes.
Test Hospitality Integration
- DuVoice Technician will:
- Open monitoring applications.
- Point-of-contact will:
- Either:
- Act as the on-site test-helper.
- Engage the on-site test-helper.
- Follow the testing instructions, available here.
- PMS technician will:
- Monitor ongoing hospitality activity.
- Assist with any troubleshooting.
Post Meeting
After this final step, DuVoice professional services will be concluded for this installation.
