Scope of Work

The PMS change Proservice is intended for, but not limited to:

  • The site has made changes their PMS, including but not limited to:
    • PMS on premise to cloud migration.
    • PMS vendor change.

Please note: If your current DuVoice installation is lower than v8, you're going to need to do an upgrade instead.

Please review these requirements as they are essential for any installation.

All parties will: attend meetings as described in more detail below.

If any participants are missing, the meeting must be rescheduled.

The site is responsible for making sure the DuVoice technician has remote access to the DuVoice server.

  • Test PMS-DuVoice integration.

Switch the production DuVoice PMS link from the existing PMS interface to the new PMS interface and test functionality.
